While the screen size and price offer unmatched value, the proprietary VIDAA operating system and the sheer physical constraints of a 98-inch TV might limit software flexibility and installation ease for some users.
Should you buy this?
- Buy it if
- You are looking for a massive 98-inch big-screen experience for your home theater or large living room without paying flagship mega-brand prices, and you want vibrant QLED colors paired with high-end gaming features like a 144Hz refresh rate, VRR, and ALLM for next-gen console gaming. You have adequate wall space and professional installation support to safely mount and operate a heavy 50kg display panel, and you primarily rely on mainstream streaming apps natively supported by the VIDAA operating system or an external streaming box.
- Skip it if
- You prefer the extensive app library, sideloading capabilities, and deep ecosystem integration of Google TV or Android TV, as the VIDAA OS might not support all niche regional or third-party streaming applications you use regularly. Your living space is compact, or you lack the structural wall strength and large open layout required to safely accommodate a gargantuan 98-inch television set weighing nearly 50 kilograms.
Scored 20 Oct 2026 · Verify specifications and price on the store before buying.
Primary advantages
(3)- Huge 98-inch QLED screen offering immersive cinematic viewing at home.
- 144Hz native refresh rate with HDMI 2.1, VRR, and AMD FreeSync Premium for seamless gaming.
- Competitive pricing under two lakh rupees for a massive panel of this size.
Primary weaknesses
(3)- VIDAA OS has a more limited app ecosystem compared to Google TV or Android TV.
- Very heavy (over 50kg with stand) and large, requiring professional assistance and sturdy wall mounting.
- Sound output at 61W is decent, but a dedicated home theater setup is recommended for this screen size.

How this rating was made
The score comes from one evaluation of the Flipkart specification table against today's cash price, calibrated so most consumer electronics land between 65 and 88. Affiliate partnerships never change a score, and no brand pays for placement. Where the store withholds a specification, the model is told to treat it as unknown rather than assume a good value.
